ANF Crackdown Against Drug Traffickers
ANF conducted *7* seizures, apprehended *7* individuals including *2* females around educational institutions & in various cities of the country, & confiscated *92.450 kgs* of drugs, worth more than 1 Crore 85 lac PKR
*Educational institutions Drug Interdiction*
1. Near a university on Jhang Road, Faisalabad, *8.8 kgs* of *ice* recovered from the possession of an accused
* The arrested accused confessed selling drugs to students of educational institutions
*International Drug Interdiction*
1. At a courier office in Karachi, *17.750 kgs* of *ice* soaked in carpet recovered from a parcel sent from *Quetta destined for Australia*
*Domestic Drug Interdiction*
1. From a courier office on Peshawar Ring Road, *7.2 kgs* of *hashish* seized from a parcel *destined for Lahore*
2. Near GT Road, Attock, *2.4 kgs* of *hashish* confiscated from 2 women
3. In the Bonistan area of Panjgur, *36 kgs* of *hashish* hidden recovered for smuggling
*Inter-provincial Drug Interdiction*
1. Near Colonel Sher Khan Toll Plaza, Peshawar, *16.8 kgs* of *hashish* recovered from a vehicle, 2 suspects arrested
2. Near Iqbal Shaheed Toll Plaza, GT Road, Attock, *5.5 kgs* of *hashish* recovered from a rickshaw, 2 individuals apprehended
