Larkana, July 27, 2025 : Zulfiqar Bhutto Junior, grandson of former Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, has strongly criticized the deteriorating security situation in Sindh province and hinted at the formation of a new political party soon.
He expressed concern over rising crimes, including kidnappings, politically motivated arrests, and an unsafe environment in educational institutions.
Bhutto Junior made these remarks while talking to journalists in Larkana after offering condolences to the family of Ghulam Abbas, a young man who was killed in Rice Canal two days ago.
He criticized elected representatives for prioritizing personal interests over public service.
Bhutto Junior insisted that the authorities immediately address these issues and ensure impartial justice for the victims.
He hinted at the formation of a new political party, saying that discussions were underway and a formal announcement would be made soon.
He also revealed his plans to contest the next general elections from Larkana and Karachi.
Furthermore, Bhutto Junior criticized the state of emergency and medical services in Sindh, attributing their shortcomings to corruption, inadequate training, and budget mismanagement.
He demanded that the government take immediate and decisive action on these important matters.
In response to a question, he indicated that the announcement of the new party would be made after consensus.
