News: Gilgit: Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan held a detailed meeting with Federal Minister for Health, Syed Mustafa Kamal, focusing on various healthcare issues and projects. The Chief Minister recommended expanding the services of Lady Health Workers to ensure better primary healthcare delivery. The Federal Minister assured full support and agreed to provide medicines worth PKR 527 million, along with modern medical machinery and equipment to GB hospitals. The Health Facilities Card Program will also be revived, allowing residents access to free and quality medical treatment. The CM expressed gratitude to the federal government, stating that these initiatives will strengthen the healthcare system and reduce public health challenges.
