Balochistan CM, PPP Leader, and Provincial Adviser Condemn Brutal Killing of MPA Rahmat Saleh Baloch’s Brother in Panjgur

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti has strongly condemned the brutal killing of Waleed Saleh, the brother of MPA Rahmat Saleh Baloch, in Panjgur, describing it as a “heinous and deliberate attempt to sabotage peace in the province.”
According to an official statement, the Chief Minister has sought an immediate report of the incident and directed law enforcement agencies to ensure the early arrest of the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
Expressing deep sorrow and grief over the tragic firing incident, CM Bugti said cowardly acts like these cannot weaken the resolve of the people of Balochistan. He assured the victim’s family of full government support, reaffirming that the protection of citizens’ lives and property remains the top priority of the provincial government. “No criminal involved in disturbing the peace will be spared,” he added.
Meanwhile, senior PPP leader and Member of the Provincial Assembly Haji Ali Madad Jatak also condemned the incident in strong words.
In his condolence statement, Jatak said, “This tragic killing in Panjgur is not only a personal tragedy for one family but also a major blow to the overall peace of Balochistan.” He termed politically and tribally motivated murders as deeply regrettable and dangerous attempts to destabilize the province.
He urged the provincial government and law enforcement agencies to arrest the culprits immediately and award them exemplary punishment. Expressing heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, Jatak prayed for the departed soul and for patience to the family. He emphasized that all political and tribal leaders must unite to promote peace, tolerance, and harmony across Balochistan.
In a separate statement, Provincial Adviser on Women Development Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi also expressed profound grief and sorrow over the incident. She said that such acts were not only tragic but also aimed at undermining the province’s social harmony and peace.
Dr. Buledi said the provincial government stands firmly with the bereaved family in this hour of grief. She prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and courage for the family to bear this irreparable loss.
