QUETTA, Oct 25: Advisor to the Chief Minister for Women Development, Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi, has said that a woman’s healthy smile reflects her confidence and wellbeing. To ensure women’s access to quality dental services, the provincial government is considering the establishment of Female Dental Care Centres across Balochistan.

She stated this during her visit to the dental section of Civil Hospital Quetta. Dr. Buledi appreciated the dental department’s performance, cleanliness standards, and dedication to serving female patients despite limited resources. She also lauded the establishment of the Executive Dental Clinic, the availability of modern equipment, and the management team’s commitment.

Dr. Buledi announced that Female Dental Care Centres will be set up in all divisional headquarters of Balochistan, where women will receive treatment, preventive care, and oral hygiene awareness under the supervision of lady dental surgeons. “These centres will not only help women maintain their own health but also enable them to protect their families from dental diseases,” she added.

She reaffirmed that the Government of Balochistan remains committed to improving women’s health, welfare, and social empowerment, ensuring they live healthier and more independent lives.
