QUETTA: March 24, 2026: Zahir Shah Kakar, central Secretary of the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bus Union, held an extensive meeting at his residence with transporters, drivers, conductors, tribal elders, and notable members of the community, where participants exchanged greetings and deliberated on key issues affecting the transport sector.
The gathering witnessed continuous participation throughout the day, reflecting a strong sense of unity among stakeholders who discussed challenges faced by the transport community. Attendees acknowledged Kakar’s leadership and appreciated his ongoing efforts to support transporters, particularly during difficult times.
Addressing the participants, Zahir Shah Kakar highlighted the crucial contribution of the transporter community to the national economy, stating that their welfare remains one of his top priorities.
