Thatha, 23 September 2025 (Sindh Police – PR): In a successful operation, Thatha police have arrested two suspects involved in cattle theft and recovered a stolen cow.

Acting on the directives of IGP Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon and DIG Hyderabad Range Tariq Razaq Dahariju, and under the supervision of SSP Thatha Farooq Ahmed Bajarani, police intensified operations against criminal elements and habitual offenders.

According to details, on 21 September 2025, the suspects stole a cow from Malan Afzal Agriculture Farm, Keti Bandar, Bighan. An FIR (No. 28/2025) was registered under Sections 379 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code at Keti Bandar Police Station, filed by the farm manager Owais Anwar Punjabi.

Acting on a tip-off, SHO Keti Bandar Inspector Saeen Dino Barro and his team conducted a successful raid near Khalifa Mori, Bighan, arresting the accused: Qasim son of Ars Gajrio and Umeed Ali son of Bacho Gajrio. During the investigation, the stolen cow was recovered.

The suspects also confessed to multiple cattle thefts in Gadho and Keti Bandar areas. Further investigation is underway.
