Quetta, January 5, 2026:
Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti has stated that a fair and just settlement of the Kashmir dispute, in line with United Nations resolutions, is indispensable for sustainable peace in the region.
In his message on Kashmiris’ Right to Self-Determination Day, the chief minister highlighted ongoing Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir and termed the inaction of global human rights advocates as deeply concerning. He reaffirmed that Balochistan’s government and people will continue extending ethical and diplomatic backing to the Kashmiri struggle until their internationally recognized right is realized.
