Balochistan Women’s Development Advisor Commends Pakistan Army’s Swift Action on Afghan Border Incidents
Independent Report
Quetta, February 27:
Dr. Rubab Khan Bulledi, Advisor to the Chief Minister of Balochistan on Women’s Development, has praised the Pakistan Army for its rapid and effective response to recent border incidents originating from Afghanistan, reaffirming that the nation stands united with its armed forces.
In her statement, Dr. Bulledi stressed that any attempts to incite unrest along the borders will not be tolerated, and Pakistan, as a sovereign state, is committed to fully protecting its territorial boundaries. She highlighted that these incidents underscore the need for a serious and responsible approach to maintaining peace and stability in the region.
Dr. Bulledi expressed concern that Afghan territory continues to be exploited by elements targeting Pakistan, leading to terrorist attacks across the country. She emphasized that terrorism is a regional challenge requiring collective and coordinated efforts for its elimination.
Acknowledging Pakistan’s longstanding hospitality toward Afghan refugees—providing education, healthcare, and livelihood support on humanitarian and religious grounds—she described cross-border aggression as deeply regrettable and unacceptable. She underlined that improved bilateral relations are possible only when both nations respect each other’s sovereignty and security.
Highlighting the country’s steadfast commitment, Dr. Bulledi stated, “Pakistan will not compromise on sovereignty, border security, or the protection of its citizens. Any hostile designs will be thwarted by national unity and the professionalism of our security forces.”
She concluded by lauding the armed forces’ timely and decisive operations, noting that their courage, discipline, and sacrifice continue to be a source of national pride.
