Jhal Magsi Prepares for Anti-Polio Campaign_
Jhal Magsi, Dec. 27, An important meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Jhal Magsi, Syed Rehmatullah Shah, to discuss the upcoming anti-polio campaign starting from December 30.
The meeting was attended by District Health Coordinator Dr. Badar Nadeem Ansari, NSTOP Officer Dr. Hameedullah, and other officials. They reviewed the current polio situation, strategies, and future plans to ensure the success of the campaign.
Deputy Commissioner Syed Rehmatullah Shah emphasized that a comprehensive awareness campaign is being launched at the government level to accelerate anti-polio efforts. He stressed that polio eradication is a national priority, and all resources are being utilized to achieve this goal.
To ensure the success of the campaign, 177 teams will be formed in all 16 union councils of the district. Additionally, fixed and mobile points have been established to facilitate the vaccination process. The health department staff will also be working closely with the teams to ensure effective implementation.
