17th Death Anniversary of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Commemorated with Quran Khwani
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) On the occasion of the 17th death anniversary of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, the Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Central Information Secretary, Shazia Atta Mari organized a Quran Khuwani at the Berani House. Rais Akbar Khan Mari, Junior Rais Atta Muhammad Mari, Shahid Hussain Mari, and others, were present to honor the legacy of the slain leader.
Speaking on the occasion, PPP leader Rais Akbar Khan Mari paid tribute to Benazir Bhutto, highlighting her unwavering sacrifices for democracy, the people of Pakistan, and the nation. He stated, “Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto laid down her life for the cause of democracy and the welfare of the people. We salute our great leader and renew our commitment to fulfill her mission under the leadership of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and President Asif Ali Zardari.”
A special prayer was held for the eternal peace of Benazir Bhutto’s soul, emphasizing her contributions and the ongoing efforts of the PPP to continue her mission.
