Kohlu ( Yousaf Marri) Commander Mawand Brigade Colonel Babar Khalil said that women have always played a vital role in the development and prosperity of the country, they are standing by the district administration to provide higher education facilities to the girls of Kohlu. The development work of Girls College Kohlu is going to be completed soon and the regular teaching process will be started this year.He expressed these views while talking to media representatives on the occasion of reviewing the development works of Inter Girls College. Deputy Commissioner Kohlu Aqeel Baloch, 86 Wing Commander Lt. Col. Taha, Naib Tehsildar Kohlu Jalal Marri, Major Tahir and tribal leaders Mir Ismail Marri, Wadera Rabnawaz Zing, Umar Farooq Zarkoon and others were also present along with Commandant Mawand Brigade.Commandant Mawand Brigade Colonel Babar Khalil said that all possible steps are being taken to promote the education of girls. Women have always played an important role in the development and prosperity of the country and girls are no less in Kohlu. Our effort is that after matriculation, instead of sitting at home, girls can play their role in the development and prosperity of the region by getting higher education.He further said that providing education opportunities for girl child is the need of the hour and completion of Girls College will be an important milestone in this regard. Commandant Mawand Brigade said that our young generation, especially girls, can shape their future through education. Colonel Babar Khalil directed the concerned authorities to complete the development works as soon as possible so that girls can get education as soon as possible.
