Nawabshah. A horrific collision between a high-speed Vigo and a passenger van near Karondi College on Mehran Highway left four people dead and ten seriously injured. Locals reached the spot, cut the vehicles and pulled out the bodies and injured. Women and children were screaming, emergency was declared at the hospital, several seriously injured were shifted to Gambat and Nawabshah hospitals. Both the damaged vehicles were taken into custody by the police. There was chaos in the houses.
According to details, a horrific collision took place between a high-speed Vigo and a passenger van near Karondi College on Mehran Highway, resulting in four people dying on the spot, while more than ten people, including women and children, were seriously injured. Hearing the screams of women and children, the local people reached the spot and started rescue operations and informed the police. People reached the spot and cut the doors of the vehicles, pulled out the injured and the bodies and shifted them to the hospital in private vehicles and ambulances. An emergency was declared in the hospital. The deceased include Shaukat Bhatti, a resident of Nangrija, Sajjad Sial, a resident of Zafarabad, Abdul Ghaffar Mughal, a resident of Pano Aqil, and Shamsuddin Pitafi, a resident of Ghotki, while the injured include Noorullah Brohi, Gulbahar Sheikh, Muzaffar Shar, Boral Mochi, Muhammad Rafiq Brohi, Khatun Sial, Javed Mughal, and others. Out of these, six seriously injured were shifted to Gambat and Bawabshah hospitals in critical condition after receiving first aid. While both vehicles were completely destroyed, the police have taken the vehicles into custody and started investigating the accident. After necessary action, the bodies have been handed over to the heirs.
