Deputy Commissioner Jaffarabad Monitors Polio Campaign

Jaffarabad. Apr. 25: Deputy Commissioner Jaffarabad, Azhar Shahzad, conducted a surprise visit to various wards and neighborhoods in Jaffarabad city to review the ongoing polio campaign.

During the visit, he met with polio teams and inspected their efforts in administering polio drops to children. He also interacted with parents and community members, emphasizing the importance of immunization in eradicating polio.

The Deputy Commissioner personally administered polio drops to children and reviewed the finger marking and door marking process to ensure its effectiveness. He stressed the need for collective efforts from all segments of society to combat polio.

Accompanied by Dr. Muhammad Rafiq, Dr. Imdad Hussain, and other officials, the Deputy Commissioner’s initiative demonstrates the government’s commitment to polio eradication and highlights the importance of community participation in achieving this goal.
