Cadet College Wana Attack — All Terrorists Identified as Afghan Nationals; Plot Masterminded in Afghanistan: Security Sources
Independent Report
Peshawar, November 13, 2025
Security sources have revealed startling details about the Cadet College Wana terrorist attack, confirming that all attackers were Afghan nationals who carried out the assault under direct instructions received from across the border in Afghanistan.
According to intelligence reports, the attack was planned in Afghanistan and executed on the orders of foreign militant Noor Wali Mehsud. The operational planning was handled by another foreign militant identified as Zahid.
Sources further disclosed that Noor Wali Mehsud instructed the group to claim responsibility under the name “Jaish-ul-Hind” to conceal the identity of the Khawarij faction (TTP). During the assault, the terrorists repeatedly invoked the name “Jaish-ul-Hind” in their recorded video to mislead observers about their true affiliation.
It was also revealed that the Afghan Taliban have been pressuring the Khawarij (TTP) militants not to use their real identity, as growing pressure from Pakistan and allied nations has intensified scrutiny on the group.
Audio intercepts captured the attackers speaking in Urdu and repeatedly mentioning “Jaish-ul-Hind” in an attempt to disguise their Afghan background.
All weapons and equipment used in the attack were supplied from Afghanistan, including US-made arms, according to the sources.
The objective of the attack, they added, was to undermine Pakistan’s security environment, a move linked to directives from India’s intelligence agency, RAW.
Security sources confirmed that the identification of the slain Afghan terrorists has eliminated all remaining doubts regarding cross-border involvement.
They emphasized that operations under the National Action Plan and “Azm-e-Istehkam” will continue until the elimination of the last terrorist from Pakistani soil.
