Okara Tragedy: 6-Year-Old Girl Killed, Two Children Injured in Speeding Vehicle Collision

Okara, November 15, 2025: A tragic accident occurred at Chowk Shaheedan this morning when a speeding Shahzor vehicle collided with a motorcycle carrying three school children. Six-year-old Hania, daughter of Muhammad Ashraf, was killed on the spot, while ten-year-old Sania and fourteen-year-old Ali Hasnain sustained serious injuries. The children, residents of Village Amin Kot, were on their way to school at the time of the collision.

District Police Officer Rashid Hidayat responded promptly to the incident, and the driver of the vehicle, Muhammad Hanif, a resident of Minchinabad, was arrested. An official investigation has been launched, and a case has been registered against the accused.

The injured children were immediately transferred to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Authorities have urged drivers to adhere to traffic safety regulations to prevent such tragic incidents in the future.
