Quetta/Loralie, Nov 15, : Two separate incidents in Loralai and Surab districts have left a total of two people dead and five other ins injured.
In New Bawar (Loralai), a tragic domestic shooting occurred when a stepson opened fire inside a house, killing his stepmother and a man identified as Mohebullah. The female victim was a resident of Killi New Bawar, while the male victim belonged to Killi Zangiwal, Loralai. Police rushed to the scene following the report and arrested the suspect, Dilbar Khan, son of Ismail, along with the weapon used in the crime. Preliminary investigations are ongoing, and authorities are gathering further evidence. The suspect will be prosecuted under relevant legal provisions.
Meanwhile, near the Surab Customs Check Post, a collision between two vehicles resulted in five injuries, including three women. The accident occurred when one vehicle was traveling from Surab to Quetta and the other from Quetta to Surab, and both collided due to high speed. The injured include Ali Hasan, son of Muhammad Hashim, of the Sanari Zahri community, resident of Gaddazai, Tehsil Dashtgoran, Surab district; Ghulam Mustafa, son of Muhammad Umar, of the Sasoli community, resident of Mohalla Qaziabad, Noshki; along with three women.
The injured were immediately transferred to Surab Civil Hospital, where they are currently receiving medical treatment.
