Balochistan Govt Prioritises Youth Employment and Skills Development, Says BBoIT Vice Chairman

Quetta, November 20 — Vice Chairman of the Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade (BBoIT), Bilal Khan Kakar, has said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, the provincial government is taking concrete steps to provide employment and development opportunities for the youth.

 

Speaking at a meeting on preparations for the upcoming BUITEMS Job Fair, followed by a scholarship ceremony at the university, he said the youth of Balochistan are the province’s “bright future,” and equipping them with international-standard skills remains a top priority.

 

He said BBoIT is actively working to boost investment and economic activity and will participate as an official partner and sponsor in the BUITEMS Job Fair. The aim is to connect young graduates with industries and investors, improving awareness of market needs and opening new career prospects across the province and country.

 

BUITEMS Registrar Dr. Ehsan Achakzai and senior officials briefed the meeting on the fair’s arrangements.

 

Kakar added that increased investment would bring economic stability and expand opportunities for local talent. He said stronger linkages between academia and industry are essential to prepare youth for modern economic demands.
