In his message, the President said that protecting children’s rights is not only a legal obligation but also a moral responsibility. He reiterated that the Constitution of Pakistan guarantees fundamental rights for every child, and emphasized that preventing child exploitation is a shared duty of the state and society.

The President underscored that the government has established robust laws, child protection units, and service delivery centers to safeguard children across the country. He urged parents, civil society, and the media to work together to secure a safe future for the nation’s youth.

He added that Pakistan remains committed to international agreements promoting child welfare, and stressed that meaningful progress requires collective awareness, solidarity, and active participation of all segments of society.
