QUETTA, Nov 25 — Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhel, presiding over the 2nd Senate Meeting of the University of Makran, Panjgur, stressed that public sector universities must achieve high rankings if provided facilities equal to Punjab and Sindh institutions.
