Khuzdar: Acting on special directives from Deputy Commissioner Khuzdar Abdul Razaq Sasoli, district authorities conducted a targeted crackdown on unlicensed medical stores and unauthorized practitioners in Drakala, Subdivision Wadh. The operation was led by District Health Officer Mohammad Naseem Langov and Assistant Commissioner Akbar Ali Mazarzai, with enforcement support from Drug Inspector Ubaidullah Shah.
During surprise inspections, two medical stores operating without proper licenses were immediately sealed. Authorities also took action against unapproved clinics and the sale of substandard medicines in the area.
The owners of the closed establishments admitted to their violations and assured officials that they would promptly regularize their licenses and comply with all relevant regulations.
The operation underscores the district administration’s firm commitment to public health and safety, ensuring that only authorized and licensed medical facilities serve the local population.
