QUETTA: The Governor of Balochistan, Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has stated that better days are coming for Balochistan.
He mentioned that China has shown interest in further investment in the province, however, adding he emphasized that in order to attract such investment, it is essential to create a conducive and peaceful environment. China is keen to work in sectors such as mining, education, and other fields.
While speaking to the media after Eid prayer at Governor House on Saturday, the Governor Mandokhail extended Eid greetings to the nation, especially to the people of Balochistan.
He said that “due to the efforts of the current government, better days are ahead for the province. With new employment opportunities, prosperity will come to the region.”
He added that our friendly country China is also with us. During his recent visit, Mandokhail mentioned that China expressed its desire to make further investments in Balochistan. For this, we must create a conducive and peaceful environment. “China wants to work in mining, education, and other sectors.”
He further said that Eid-ul-Adha is a day of joy and sacrifice, which awakens the spirit of love, compassion, and tolerance. Along with sharing the happiness of Eid, the public should prioritize cleanliness in their surroundings.
He emphasized that it is our religious duty to share blessings with the needy, orphans, widows, and the poor. Law enforcement agencies should take firm measures to protect the lives and property of the people.
He also mentioned that the district administration is making arrangements for the collection and proper disposal of animal hides and waste.
