Uthal police have successfully apprehended car lifters involved in fraudulent activities, recovering a stolen Honda City. The operation, led by SSP Lasbela Atif Amir and supervised by acting SSP Haasil Khan Qambarani, uncovered that the vehicle had a tampered chassis and engine numbers, with fake documentation presented by the suspects. The two accused, Amanat Ali and Muhammad Salman, were intercepted at Zero Point during routine checks while traveling from Karachi to Quetta. A case (128/2025) under relevant sections of the Pakistan Penal Code has been registered, and further investigations are ongoing to dismantle the criminal network. The police emphasized their commitment to strict action against organized crime, ensuring that such lawbreakers face legal consequences and that public trust in local law enforcement is reinforced.
