Quetta: Provincial Minister for Food, Haji Noor Muhammad Dummar, has reaffirmed the government’s dedication to transparency, meritocracy, and institutional reforms, highlighting that significant measures have been undertaken across multiple sectors to advance this agenda.
Speaking at the event, Minister Dummar stated that the ongoing reform initiatives reflect the vision of Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti and serve as a practical demonstration of good governance in Balochistan.
He emphasized that the introduction of merit-based digital recruitment in the Finance Department has restored confidence among the province’s youth, encouraging their active engagement and reinforcing the principle that employment opportunities will be awarded solely on merit. Ensuring qualified young professionals secure positions based on competence remains a key priority for the provincial government.
Minister Dummar also praised the collaborative efforts of the Chief Minister and his team, noting that despite limited resources, the provincial administration is making concrete strides to strengthen governance, enhance transparency, and create opportunities for youth—initiatives that are already yielding measurable results.
