Provincial Food Minister and Chairman Balochistan Food Authority Haji Noor Muhammad Dumar has stressed that education is the foundation of national development, prosperity and self-reliance.
In his message on World Education Day, he said the day highlights the importance of equal access to quality education and serves as a reminder that progress is impossible without knowledge. He noted that promoting education in underdeveloped regions like Balochistan is the need of the hour to prepare youth for modern challenges.
The minister said the provincial government, in line with the vision of Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, is taking concrete steps to improve the education sector, including school rehabilitation, teacher training and provision of modern facilities. He added that ensuring equal access to education is empowering young people across the province.
Haji Noor Muhammad Dumar urged parents, teachers and educational institutions to play their role in promoting education to help build a peaceful, progressive and prosperous Balochistan.
