Free Ambulance Service Saves Lives in Gwadar

Quetta. Dec. 22: In a humanitarian effort, Deputy Commissioner Hamood Ur Rehman has initiated a free ambulance service, which has successfully transferred six critical patients to major hospitals in Karachi for better treatment and diagnosis. This service aims to save precious lives in emergency situations and provide aid to patients who cannot receive proper treatment at local hospitals.¹

The free ambulance service is a significant step towards providing medical assistance to the underprivileged, deserving, and needy patients of Gwadar district. To avail this service, patients must obtain a referral form from the district administration, which can be issued by the CEOs or authorized officials of the following hospitals:

– GDA Hospital (under Indus Hospital)
– Gwadar Pak Oman Grant Hospital
– Pasnai Darman Jah Hospital
– Urmara Hospital

No patient will be provided with the free ambulance service without the required referral form. This ambulance service has not only saved lives but has also alleviated the suffering of patients in critical need of medical attention.
