ANF foils major attempt of smuggling huge quantity of narcotics from Gwadr

QUETTA: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) foiled major bid of smuggling of narcotics from Gwadar on wee hours of Sunday.
According to the spokesman of ANF, the ANF intercepted two vehicles including a truck near Jiwani cross near Gwadar, on suspicions.

During the thorough search, the ANF team recovered huge quantity of narcotics from the vehicles hidden in different parts including floor.
The ANF spokesman said that some 720 kilograms of the charas was recovered aggregately during the seizure. Two accused were also arrested in the operation, the ANF spokesman said adding that a case has been registered against the accused under the Anti-Narcotics Act, and further investigations are in progress.
