GOVERNOR SINDH KAMRAN KHAN TESSORI MEETS ETHIOPIAN AMBASSADOR, AGREES ON ENHANCING COOPERATION IN KEY SECTORS

Karachi (July 2): Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori met with the Ethiopian Ambassador to Pakistan, Dr. Jemal Beker Abdula, in Islamabad. During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation in trade, investment, climate change, and aviation.

They also agreed to launch a joint tree plantation drive in Sindh as part of efforts to address environmental challenges.

Governor Kamran Khan Tessori said that Pakistan is committed to strengthening trade and diplomatic relations with African countries, especially Ethiopia. He appreciated Ethiopia’s growing interest in Pakistan and expressed hope for deeper collaboration.

Ambassador Dr. Jemal Beker Abdula congratulated Governor Sindh on successfully performing Hajj. He stated that Pakistan and Ethiopia share centuries-old civilizational roots and cultural values that form a strong foundation for bilateral relations.
