Islamabad, October 7:
An earthquake measuring 5.2 magnitude on the Richter scale struck at 4:36 PM (PST) on Monday, originating from the Hindu Kush Region, Afghanistan, at a depth of 138 kilometers.
The tremors were felt in Chitral and Swat, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
No reports of casualties or property damage have been received.
