Government Appoints Chairpersons of Social Welfare Committees Across Balochistan Under Petroleum Division Notification

The Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, has officially issued a notification regarding the appointment of Chairpersons for Social Welfare Committees in various districts of Balochistan under the Social Welfare Fund 2021.
According to the notification issued on November 5, 2025, Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan Nasir has been appointed as Chairman for the districts of Barkhan, Loralai, Musakhel, and Duki. Jam Kamal Khan has been designated for Awaran and Lasbela, Mir Muhammad Khan Jamali for Jaffarabad and Nasirabad, and Khalid Hussain Magsi for Jhal Magsi and Bolan/Kachhi districts.
Similarly, Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidari has been appointed Chairman for Kalat and Surab, Engineer Muhammad Usman Badini for Kharan, Nushki, and Washuk, Nawabzada Toorgul Jogezai for Killa Saifullah and Sherani, Pulaleen Baloch for Kech and Panjgur, Maulana Fazlur Rehman for Pishin, Haji Jamal Shah Kakar for Quetta, Waris Khan Achakzai for Killa Abdullah, Agha Shakeel Durrani for Khuzdar, Syed Samiullah for Zhob, and Mian Khan Bugti for Ziarat district.
The official notification reflects the government’s commitment to strengthening social welfare initiatives and ensuring the effective utilization of the Social Welfare Fund 2021 across Balochistan.
