Chaman: Afghan Residents’ Holding Camp Shifted to Master Plan Amid Border Tensions

Amid rising tensions at the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, the Deputy Commissioner of Chaman, Habib Ahmed Bangalzai, has announced the relocation of the existing holding camp for Afghan residents to the Chaman Master Plan area. The new facility is fully equipped with essential services to accommodate the families.

The DC confirmed that the Master Plan site now includes a large fire brigade vehicle, clean drinking water, an additional ambulance for the medical camp, and all other necessary facilities. The administration has taken these steps to provide proper shelter and protect Afghan families from harsh winter conditions, ensuring they do not face any difficulties or inconvenience.
