Hyderabad — The jurisdiction of B-Section Police Station has increasingly transformed into a hotspot of drug trafficking and criminal activity, where drug dealers are allegedly operating with complete freedom. Sources claim that dealers have virtually taken the entire locality “on contract,” openly distributing narcotics without fear.
According to sources, heroin, ice, hashish, crude liquor, and harmful substances such as Main Pori, Safeena, and Z-21 are easily available, putting the youth at severe risk of addiction. Residents also revealed that alongside drug sales, gambling and betting dens are operating freely, contributing to rising disputes, street crimes, and social disorder.
Locals expressed deep concern over the police’s alleged silence, terming it a major reason behind the escalating criminal activities. They said negligence by concerned officers has created widespread fear and frustration in the area.
Citizens have urged the IG Sindh, SSP Hyderabad, and other authorities to take immediate notice and launch strict action against drug and gambling networks to rid the locality of growing criminal influence.
