Jamaat-e-Islami organized a major public jirga titled “Aman Do” in Nasirabad under the leadership of Amir Bashir Ahmad Mandai. Political, religious, and civil society leaders, along with trade union representatives, attended to address growing law-and-order concerns. Speakers demanded arrest and prosecution of criminals involved in robberies, recovery of stolen property, and uninterrupted water supply from Rabi Canal for agriculture. The jirga concluded with a call for a protest on 26 December and promised further action to ensure the implementation of decisions.
