Quetta, December 29: Chief Secretary Balochistan, Shakeel Qadir Khan, chaired a meeting to review progress on strategic development projects. He directed speeding up project execution and improving governance. The meeting stressed timely completion and quality standards for all projects. It was highlighted that 664 new schools were opened, enrolling 45,000 children, with 600 more schools planned next month. Key initiatives include road networks, solar power in eight towns, command area development, Safe City projects in eight cities, municipal service improvements, additional classrooms in 3,000 schools, clean drinking water, and urban development projects.
