Jacobabad, December 29: In a brazen daylight robbery, three armed men looted Azhar, son of court reader Sikandar Thaim, on the National Highway near the CNG area under Saddar Police Station limits. The assailants snatched cash, a motorcycle, and a mobile phone, totaling PKR 470,000, before fleeing the scene. The incident has sparked fear among residents amid rising lawlessness in the district. Local authorities have been urged to ensure the swift recovery of the stolen property and bring the culprits to justice. SSP Jacobabad has been called upon to take immediate action to restore public safety and confidence in the area.
