Lahore, Feb 5, 2026: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif visited the residence of Captain Muhammad Ali Qureshi Shaheed to offer condolences. The officer embraced martyrdom on August 22, 2024, while fighting terrorism in Kulpor, Balochistan.
The chief minister praised the bravery of Pakistan Army officers, their fight against terrorism, and the patriotism of the martyr’s family. Senior Minister Maryam Aurangzeb, Information Minister Azma Bokhari, and Punjab Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman were present. Children from the neighbourhood received special attention from the chief minister during her visit.
