Lahore, Feb 5, 2026: Provincial Minister for Information and Culture Punjab, Azma Bokhari, said Kashmir Solidarity Day represents the unmatched sacrifices of Kashmiris and their struggle against Indian oppression. She emphasized that Pakistan stands firmly with its Kashmiri brothers and sisters on diplomatic, moral, and humanitarian fronts.
Azma Bokhari said Occupied Kashmir has become the world’s largest prison, yet Kashmiris remain resolute for over seventy years despite heavy Indian troop presence. She led a rally in Lahore attended by officials and citizens, who raised slogans in support of Kashmir and reaffirmed commitment to its freedom. She expressed hope that the day of Kashmir’s independence is near.
