Usta Muhammad, February 13, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ramzan Palal conducted an on-site review of the under-construction District Complex in Usta Muhammad, accompanied by Executive Engineer Buildings Muhammad Yaseen, Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Ramzan Ishtiaq, Executive Engineer B&R Abdul Sattar, and project contractors.
During the inspection, Executive Engineer Muhammad Yaseen updated the Deputy Commissioner on the current progress, construction challenges, and the projected timeline for completion. While the full project is slated for completion by 2027, efforts are being intensified to finish the Deputy Commissioner’s office and staff chambers by the end of March. Work on other sections of the complex is also being accelerated to ensure deadlines are met or exceeded.
Deputy Commissioner Palal closely examined departmental offices, the central hall, waiting areas, parking zones, and other facilities, assessing construction quality, materials, and work pace. He stressed that adherence to high standards and timely completion is mandatory, warning that lapses or negligence would not be tolerated.
“The new District Complex will consolidate multiple government offices under one roof, enhancing administrative efficiency and providing citizens with convenient access to services,” he stated. “This project is aimed at delivering timely, dignified, and user-friendly government facilities for the public.”
The Deputy Commissioner further instructed officials to implement daily supervision, submit regular progress reports, and address technical challenges promptly, ensuring that the complex is completed efficiently and serves the community effectively.
