Barkhan, February 13, 2026: Provincial Minister for Public Health Engineering, Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran, successfully mediated a land dispute between the Syed and Zakwani communities in Union Council Sadar, highlighting the importance of peaceful and lawful conflict resolution.
During his visit, Minister Khetran inspected the contested land and engaged with both parties, including local elders and community representatives, carefully considering their perspectives. He emphasized that disputes should be settled through legal channels, justice, and mutual respect to maintain lasting social cohesion and stability.
After reviewing records, local customs, and relevant facts, the minister issued an immediate decision, which was accepted by both communities. The parties expressed appreciation for his timely and equitable intervention.
