UPPER DERA BUGTI, April 5: Commissioner Koh-e-Suleman Division Mujeeb ur Rehman Qambrani has stressed that delays or negligence in development projects will not be tolerated, stating that all public welfare schemes must be completed efficiently and within the stipulated timeframe.
On the directives of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti, the Commissioner, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Upper Dera Bugti Riaz Ahmad Dawar and Superintendent of Police Sardar Muhammad Hashim Khan, visited Upper Dera Bugti to review ongoing development projects, administrative matters, and the law and order situation.
During the visit, the Commissioner inspected several ongoing schemes, including the under-construction Bekar to Rakhni road, and directed the concerned authorities to ensure timely completion without compromising on quality standards. He also reviewed infrastructure projects and other public welfare initiatives, seeking detailed progress reports from officials and instructing them to maintain transparency and accelerate work.
Deputy Commissioner Riaz Ahmad Dawar briefed the Commissioner on the district’s overall situation, highlighting progress on development projects, administrative challenges, and future plans. The briefing also covered public service delivery and law and order arrangements.
Commissioner Qambrani reiterated that all officials must perform their duties with integrity and dedication to ensure maximum relief for the public, adding that timely completion, transparency, and quality must remain top priorities in all ongoing and upcoming projects.
At the end of the visit, Commissioner Koh-e-Suleman Division Mujeeb ur Rehman Qambrani, Deputy Commissioner Riaz Ahmad Dawar, and Mir Aftab Ahmed Bugti jointly planted a sapling, marking the formal launch of a tree plantation campaign aimed at promoting environmental sustainability and a greener Balochistan.
