CM KP Appreciates Saudi Arabia Over Hajj 2026 Arrangements

Peshawar, May 31, 2026: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Sohail Afridi has expressed deep appreciation for the Government of Saudi Arabia and Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki over the exemplary arrangements made for Hajj 2026.

In a formal letter, the Chief Minister lauded Saudi Arabia’s efforts in ensuring a peaceful, well-organized and spiritually fulfilling pilgrimage experience for millions of Hajj pilgrims. He extended gratitude on behalf of the people and government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, stating that the arrangements reflected the Kingdom’s strong commitment to serving the guests of Allah with dedication and excellence.

He noted that pilgrims from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa particularly appreciated the high standard of services, hospitality, and facilitation provided during Hajj, adding that arrangements for accommodation, transportation, and healthcare were of a high standard.

The Chief Minister further stated that Saudi Arabia had set a global example through its effective management of the Hajj pilgrimage, providing a safe, organized, and spiritually enriching environment for pilgrims.

Muhammad Sohail Afridi also expressed his desire to meet the Saudi Ambassador to personally convey gratitude and discuss matters of mutual interest aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
