Quetta, December 18: A key meeting was held under the chairmanship of
Deputy Commissioner Quetta, Mehrullah Badini, to review preparations
for the local government elections scheduled for December 28, 2025.
The meeting was attended by Director of Colleges Muhammad Hussain
Baloch, District Election Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner
(General), representatives from Balochistan University, BUITEMS
University, SBK University, and officials from the Education
Department.
During the meeting, it was decided that all staff of universities,
schools, and colleges would undergo election training and be assigned
specific responsibilities during the local government elections.
Deputy Commissioner Badini directed that the training be completed
promptly and all staff perform their duties efficiently. He also
warned that strict action would be taken against any employee found
absent or negligent.
