Assistant Commissioner Gwadar Saad Kaleem Zafar paid an emergency visit to Jiwani city to review the post-rain situation and assess water accumulation in low-lying areas. During the visit, he inspected several localities and reviewed drainage arrangements in detail. The Assistant Commissioner issued strict instructions to the Municipal Committee staff to ensure that all accumulated rainwater is completely cleared by morning to provide immediate relief to residents. He said public convenience and health remain the administration’s top priority and warned that no negligence would be tolerated. Relevant departments were directed to utilize all available resources to normalize the situation and take precautionary measures ahead of possible future rains. Local residents appreciated the timely action by the administration and expressed hope for an early resolution of the problem.
