Peshawar | December 24: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Syed Fakhar Jehan has paid rich tribute to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on his birth anniversary.
In his message, the provincial minister said December 25 reminds the nation of the historic struggle that led to the creation of an independent homeland for Muslims of the subcontinent. He stressed that freedom carries responsibilities, including honesty, integrity and adherence to the rule of law.
Syed Fakhar Jehan said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, under the vision of Imran Khan, remained committed to constitutional supremacy, justice and public service. He urged the nation to strive for a Pakistan founded on merit, transparency and dignity.
