Musa Khail:
Authorities in Musa Khail district have intensified security measures amid heightened concerns over terrorism, following an emergency law-and-order meeting chaired by Superintendent of Police Kaleemullah Kakar, officials said on Friday.
The meeting was attended by representatives of law enforcement agencies and district administration. Addressing participants, SP Kakar instructed all police station heads to remain fully deployed and carry out their duties with vigilance and discipline to ensure public safety.
He ordered strict snap-checking of vehicles across the district and directed officers to verify national identity cards of all individuals entering from outside areas. Additional patrols have been mandated in markets, highways and other sensitive locations, while surveillance around mosques and public spaces has also been increased.
SP Kakar said any suspicious individuals must be detained immediately for questioning, warning that negligence would not be tolerated. He further directed enhanced protection of government and private properties.
“Terrorism is a collective challenge,” the police chief said, adding that complete coordination and zero tolerance for lapses were essential to maintaining peace and preventing further violence in the district.
