BA adopts draft law of relief, rehabilitation of victims of terrorism in Balochistan
QUETTA: The Balochistan Assembly adopted the draft law of relief and rehabilitation of the victims of terrorism in the province, here in its session held on Wednesday.
The Chairman of Panel, Rehmat Saleh Baloch was in the chair when it resumed after two days break on Wednesday afternoon.
The Provincial Minister for Finance and Mines and Mineral Development, Mir Shoaib Nosherwani tabled the draft act of relief and rehabilitation of the victims of terrorism.
Afterwards, the draft law was approved by the House.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister tabled the motion to declare the assembly Hall as the sitting for briefing on health department.
In the meantime, the session of assembly was adjourned till February 14, 2025.
Later, the Provincial Minister Health, Bakht Muhammad Kakar and Secretary Health, Mujeebur Rehman Panezai briefed the members of assembly about the overall situation of health, facilities available besides other issues.
The members of assembly asked questions on the health facilities and gave suggestions for bringing improvement in the health sector.
The briefing on Education department is scheduled to be conducted today (Thursday) in the provincial assembly.
