Dhadar/Kacchi, 29 November 2025 – Under special instructions from Provincial Transport Secretary Muhammad Hayat Kakr and PTA Secretary Wahid Sharif Umarani, authorities conducted a major crackdown against illegal vehicles and unsafe passenger transport on the Quetta-Sibi National Highway.
Assistant Revenue Officer Haji Jan Muhammad, along with Kacchi Traffic Police, carried out inspections at Dhadar. During the operation, 42 vehicles, including wagons, trailers, and tankers, were challaned for overloading, carrying passengers on rooftops, operating without proper documentation, and violating route permits. Passengers seated on vehicle rooftops were safely removed, and multiple vehicle owners and drivers received stern warnings. Officials emphasized that strict measures against illegal transport and unsafe practices will continue across the province.
