Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti announced the province’s first fully digital, paperless, and transparent recruitment for Sub-Accountant positions in the Finance Department. The entire process—including online testing, interviews, result announcements, and appointment letters—was completed in a single day.
Addressing a ceremony where appointment letters were distributed to successful candidates, CM Bugti said the initiative represents a historic step toward merit, transparency, and institutional reforms in Balochistan. He highlighted that youth are now selected purely on merit rather than recommendations or bribes, providing equal opportunity to all, regardless of family background.
The CM also stated that similar digital and merit-based mechanisms will be introduced at divisional, district, and tehsil levels to ensure public trust in government jobs. He congratulated the candidates and lauded the Finance Department team, Chief Secretary Shakil Qadir Khan, Secretary Finance Imran Zarkoon, and Principal Secretary Babar Khan for implementing the successful recruitment process.
