Turbat (Independent Report) – National Party leader Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch met with a delegation from the Border Trade Committee at the National Party Turbat Secretariat to discuss the economic impact of border trade restrictions.
Dr. Baloch highlighted that border trade is a lifeline for thousands of Baloch families and crucial for local employment. He criticized the closure of trade routes as a public-unfriendly policy, stressing that the solution lies in regulation, facilitation, and support for legal commerce rather than outright shutdowns.
He assured the committee of the National Party’s full cooperation and support, pledging to raise their legitimate demands across constitutional, democratic, and political platforms. Dr. Baloch reaffirmed the party’s commitment to protecting border trade and safeguarding the economic rights of the people of Balochistan.
