Chaman, Dec 20:
Inspector General of Police Balochistan Muhammad Tahir arrived in Chaman on a one-day visit, where he was presented a guard of honor at the DC Complex. He chaired a law and order meeting at the DPO Office, where DPO Chaman Abdullah Imran Cheema briefed him on security conditions. Addressing a police darbār, the IG said protection of life and property is the foremost duty of police and security agencies, especially in sensitive border districts like Chaman. He directed police personnel to remain alert, maintain close coordination with security institutions, and closely monitor suspicious activities to ensure lasting peace and public confidence.
